Data we receive

The website does not require an account and does not accept online payments. We receive only the data you knowingly submit in an enquiry or when contacting ABB.

• name, phone number, email address and preferred contact method;
• site, city, area, service and selected product, colour and thickness details;
• comments and photos, plans or PDF files that you attach;
• technical request data needed for security, abuse prevention and reliable operation.

Purpose and retention

We use the data to answer enquiries, clarify requirements, prepare a consultation or proposal, protect the form from abuse and meet legal obligations. Data is retained only as long as needed for those purposes and required records.
